Your Medical Billing Back Office

We render the following services on your behalf.

Initial setup and transition, receiving of files through FTP. z
Registration of patient demographics.
Entering of charges from charge sheets and super bills.

• Input of patient information, charge entry and scanning the same for errors resulting in fewer rejected claims.
• Daily transmission of electronic claims and submission of paper claims with attachments if required.
• Post payments received from Insurance and Patients and generation of secondary claims with attachments.
• Pre-authorization and Pre-insurance verification for high dollar value claims prior to billing.
• Review and follow-up-action for resolution of denied claims.
• Account Receivable Management.
• Appealing contested claims and refund issues.
• Generation of Patient Statements and subsequent reminders on outstanding balances.
• End-of-Month reports and financial statements customized to meet the needs of our practice.
• While rendering the above services, we maintain the highest degree of professionalism, and represent you at all times.

Your Role:-
Scan the charge sheets/EOB's that you receive from your clients to the FTP site.
Collect your billing fees from your clients.

Process

The Team

We have a team of highly experienced managers with more than seven years of experience in Medical Billing. These managers lead a group of graduates who have been trained to do billing and ensure the provision of high quality, cost competitive services. Experienced insurance and patient callers follow up issues with payers and patients with diligence and courtesy.

Training

The staff is trained on the client's software, given exposure to Medical Billing through training manuals and made aware of the billing rules to be followed while performing the work. Any changes that take place are incorporated in the

Document Imaging & Archival

In Document Imaging we have to date processed and delivered over 20 million bitonal Images to our clients. Our Clients include Accounting Firms, Automobile Manufacturers, Brokers and Realtors, Non-Governmental Organizations, Foreign Governments
and Medical Facilities.

In Document Imaging we currently process upto A3 size, bitonal and grey scale, and color upto A4. The documents so imaged can be supplied with indexes in ODBC compliant databases for easy integration into various Electronic Document Management (EDM)
applications. We can also provide documents on CD ROM with royalty-free viewer software included on the Media to function as stand alone archives or other formats including PDF etc. as required by the client.
